Ted and Rich first teamed up to form Best Built Real Estate, a Real Estate Development firm. After showcasing multiple high-profile builds, with exceptional quality and attention to detail above that of other contractors, they saw a need for professional contracting for homeowners in Chester County. Rich Santoleri: A Chester County native, Rich grew up in Chadds Ford just south of West Chester attending Salesianum High School. Rich is a 5th generation contractor whose family moved from Italy and began to work on the Main Line as masons, landscape contractors and builders. Rich attended Penn College of Technology studying construction management.
Ted Worrell: A West Chester native, Ted also grew up in Chester County and attended Salesianum High School. Ted then attended Penn State University, Main Campus for college and went to work for CertainTeed, the construction products manufacturer. After some time in industry, Ted developed a love of real estate development and construction.
